BNG as a Service

BNG as a Service — sell broadband, skip the core

Your subscribers' PPPoE/L2TP/DHCP sessions terminate on Cadence's carrier-grade gateways. You keep the customer, the brand and the margin; we run the session infrastructure — BNG, RADIUS, IP addressing and CGNAT — wholesale, under your name.

What you get

  • Subscriber termination — PPPoE/L2TP/DHCP sessions on fully redundant BNGs, with per-subscriber speed, QoS and policy control
  • Managed RADIUS — authentication, accounting and policy; provision by API, integrate with your billing
  • IP addressing — public IPv4 or CGNAT with compliant logging; native IPv6 with prefix delegation; BGP if you have your own space
  • Wholesale billing — per-session or per-tail, matched to how you sell

Access & carriers

  • Bring your own tails — CityFibre, Neos, PXC, Zayo and others
  • Or use Cadence tails, whitelabel, where you have no footprint
  • Mix per region; the platform is carrier-agnostic

Interconnect

  • 10G / 100G handoffs as standard
  • Bring your own backhaul or access network, or land a carrier into our NNI
  • Points of interconnect: Equinix MA1 (Manchester), Equinix LD5, Equinix LD8, Telehouse North, Telehouse North 2, Docklands DC Tutis Point

Resilience

  • BNG and CGNAT fully redundant across multiple sites
  • Core services (incl. RADIUS) anycast across a minimum of three sites
  • Juniper MX & ACX platform, on our own network — AS47638
  • 24/7 proactive monitoring; status at status.cadence.net.uk

Who it fits

  • Altnets extending beyond their own footprint
  • New ISPs launching in weeks, not years
  • Established providers retiring an ageing BNG estate
